OpenAI partnered with AMD, Broadcom, Intel, Microsoft, and NVIDIA to release Multipath Reliable Connection (MRC), a new open networking protocol that reduces wasted GPU time and accelerates large AI training clusters. The protocol is already deployed across OpenAI’s frontier supercomputing sites and is being made available to the entire industry via the Open Compute Project.

Anthropic & SpaceXAI · Source Anthropic secured a major compute partnership with SpaceXAI for access to Colossus 1, one of the world’s largest AI supercomputers. This immediate influx of capacity has allowed Anthropic to increase usage limits across both Claude Code and the Claude API. Hugging Face · Source Hugging Face officially launched an open-source agentic robotics App Store for the Reachy Mini consumer robot, featuring hundreds of ready-to-use applications. The platform aims to radically democratize robotics, allowing non-technical users and AI agents to build and ship robot functionalities in hours instead of weeks.

Google DeepMind · Source DeepMind announced a partnership with the developers of the MMO EVE Online to utilize the game as a frontier sandbox for AI research. The uniquely complex, player-driven universe of EVE will serve as a testing ground for training agents on continual learning, memory, and long-term planning.

Cursor · Source Cursor shipped version 3.3, which notably gives developers visibility into their agent’s context usage across rules, skills, MCPs, and subagents for better diagnostic troubleshooting. The company also shared structural details on its training stack, revealing that it uses older generations of its Composer model to set up RL dev environments for training future iterations.

Google · Source Google deployed sweeping updates to AI Mode and AI Overviews in Search, injecting inline links directly into AI responses and adding surface-level previews for websites and creator perspectives. Concurrently, Google is expanding “Personal Intelligence” in AI Mode to a global audience, letting AI Pro and Ultra subscribers connect their Gmail and Google Photos for highly customized search answers based on their personal context.

ElevenLabs · Source Sequoia Capital confirmed that voice AI leader ElevenLabs has officially crossed $500 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
